Preferred Hotel Reservations B.V. (further referred to as Preferred), situated in Monnickendam, the Netherlands follows the below-mentioned privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time, so we advise you to check back the policy periodically. Preferred is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Please read this policy to understand how your personal data will be treated when and if you choose to work with Preferred. This policy applies to all services offered by Preferred. Provided service by Preferred
Preferred is a hotel specialist and on behalf of her clients, Preferred makes hotel and meeting reservations. To execute this work, certain personal data needs to be obtained. To that extent possible, Preferred guarantees to take all measurements in order to protect the privacy of its clients. We also require maximum efforts from our partners (current and new) in the handling and monitoring of personal data of our clients.

Personal data collection
Personal data which is provided by you can be used for the following purposes:
1. Database creation: Personal data provided by you will be stored in the database of Preferred and is used to deliver our services to you and to get in contact with you.
2. Bookings: personal data provided by you is used to make bookings in hotels or meeting locations. To manage bookings, Preferred needs to transfer personal data to hotels/accommodations.
3. Consolidation of travel data: Preferred may prepare information reports to summarize certain information, which also may include personal data and communicate these reports to hotels and locations ( the provider) on your behalf in order to inform the provider on guest details The information reports will only include necessary information such as (but not limited to) surname, initial, male/female, arrival and departure date, guarantee of booking.
4. Promotion and marketing: Preferred may use your personal data to send you newsletters by email. Preferred will ask for your permission if your data is used for a purpose other than those that are set out in this document.

Duration of storage
Personal data will be kept by Preferred based on legal requirements and only as long as reasonably necessary. When you want to have your personal data being removed from the database of Preferred, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject “request with regards to personal data”. Please specify the data that you want to have removed from our systems. Preferred will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that Preferred will not be able to remove your personal data from databases of third parties with which Preferred has already shared your personal data. We cannot delete your personal data if Preferred has to keep these for legitimate or legal purposes. Preferred has taken security measurement to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of any of your personal data. Only authorized personnel has access to your personal data. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% safety on online data transmission. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us and you do so at your own risk.
