Your participants get a professional online registration solution which is user-friendly and completely free of charge! The participants can make reservations, changes or cancellations themselves within the room block. The hotels and conference location(s) are clearly displayed on a map. From this respect a collaboration with Preferred can be interesting for the organization of this specific congress, but also for other exhibitions or conferences you organize. The text will be custom made for you, your own logo can be displayed and hotels that fit best to your expectations/wishes will be selected. When you click on the hotel name more information will be shown and you get the possibility to make a reservation at the selected hotel.
