"There's no reception at Bob W Oosterpark. Two weeks before the event starts, we will send the reservation data to Bob W Oosterpark. After Bob W Oosterpark has received this data, they will send a confirmation email so you can start the check-in procedure before arrival. Subsequently, Bob W Oosterpark will send the apartment and access information."
